Axial Flow Pump for Locomotive

The axial flow pump is mainly composed of front and back shell, main body, impeller, guide vane, bearings and motor. The impeller, is installed at the end of the shaft directly, rotates to create pressure. The transformer oil is lead to main flow channel by guide vane, meanwhile, the guide vane converts kinetic energy that comes out from impeller into pressure to force oil circulation. The pump can be a part of the pipe line  due to the inlet and outlet of the pump are in the same axis. Therefore, the transformer oil flows through the outer of motor directly which is able to bring the heat away immediately.

Centrifugal Pump for Wind Turbine Generator

It is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, motor housing, bearing and motor. The centrifugal impeller is connected to the motor directly. The high-rotating impeller generates a centrifugal force and drives the transformer oil to flow through the volute. Then the volute converts a part of kinetic energy of transformer oil to pressure energy. So that the transformer oil flows out from the pump outlet and leads to the circulation of the transformer oil.

Disc Pump

It is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, bearing, base and motor. In detail, the motor is disc type, the rotor and stator are installed as an upper and lower structure, the rotor and impeller are designed as a whole, and the pump is sealed with base via O ring. Therefore, this type of pump has the characteristics of large starting torque, small axial size and compact structure.

SF6 Gas Pump

The SF6 gas pump mainly consists of pump shell, main shaft, impeller, motor and transmission, such as bearing. In detail, the motor shaft connects to the impeller directly with bearings on both ends

Lift Pump

It is mainly composed of three-way housing, lifting impeller, motor bearing and motor. The axial flow impeller with a slidable design is applied to this pump. The impeller is located at the bottom of the rotor due to the gravity when the oil pump is shut down. The impeller slides along the rotor to the top due to the lift that generates by the rotating impeller when the pump is power on.
