At the initial stage of operation of the axial flow impeller and at all regular inspections, whenever there is an opportunity, the axial flow impeller must be inspected for defects such as cracks, wear, and dust accumulation.
Whenever possible, the axial flow impeller must be kept clean, and the dust and scale on it must be brushed with a wire brush regularly, because with the extension of operating time, these dusts cannot be evenly attached to the impeller. , and cause the impeller balance damage, and even cause the rotor to vibrate.
In addition to improving the dust removal effect, the most effective way to reduce the wear resistance of the axial flow impeller is to regularly add lubricant to the fan. Use special means to turn wear-resistant, ceramics and other materials into high-temperature or high-temperature-resistant metal and high-speed particle flow, and spray them on the blade surface of the axial flow impeller, thereby forming a layer that is stronger than the impeller itself to achieve wear resistance and high temperature resistance of the material. and the characteristic properties of much higher antioxidant properties. This method can not only reduce the damage to the dynamic balance of the impeller caused by wear, but also reduce the imbalance problem caused by the oxide layer.
As long as the axial flow impeller is repaired, it needs to be rebalanced. If conditions permit, it can be balanced on site using a portable test balancing instrument. Before balancing, all set bolts must be checked for tightness. Because the axial flow impeller has been running unbalanced for some time, these bolts may have come loose.
