The motor is fixed to the mounting plate and the entire fan is fixed to the extension of the motor shaft end. The impeller is made of 12 backward curved arc blades, front disc and rear disc. Backward curved arc blades are welded between the front and rear discs. The CFD simulation software is applied to optimize the aerodynamic performance. Moreover, the dynamic balance accuracy of the impeller reaches to G2.5 and the anti-corrosion classes is available from C3 to C5-M.
