  • Product Description
  • Product Overview
    The entire fan is composed of two impellers, volute, motor, and motor base. The impellers are made of front disc, rear disc, and 48 forward curved arc blades riveted in between. The entire fan is fixed on the extension of the motor shaft end and the end of motor is mounted on the motor base. The motor base and the air collection device are fixed on the two sides of volute separately. The flange is provided to connect with other components on the outlet of volute. The CFD simulation software is applied to optimize the aerodynamic performance. Moreover, the anti-corrosion classes is available from C3 to C5-M.

    2.Compact;
    3.High pressure;
    4.Low noise;
    5.Suitable for onshore and high altitude areas;
    6.Stable and reliable;
    7.Lifespan is over 20 years.

    Application
    Mainly applied as an air cooler on varies air cooling system.

    A centrifugal fan, also known as a radial fan or a blower, is a mechanical device used to move air or other gases in various industrial and commercial applications. It operates on the principle of centrifugal force, where the rotating impeller accelerates the air radially outward, creating a pressure difference and causing the air to flow.

    Advantages of centrifugal fans:

    Versatile airflow control: Centrifugal fans offer adjustable airflow rates, thanks to their ability to vary the speed or impeller diameter. This adaptability allows for precise control of the ventilation or cooling requirements in different operating conditions.

    Durability and reliability: Centrifugal fans are robustly built and designed to withstand harsh operating conditions. They are engineered for long-term performance, with features such as corrosion-resistant materials and high-quality bearings, ensuring durability and reliable operation.

    Efficient energy consumption: Centrifugal fans are designed to provide high airflow rates while consuming relatively less energy compared to other types of fans. They are often equipped with efficient motors and aerodynamically optimized impellers, resulting in energy savings and lower operating costs.

    Low noise levels: Centrifugal fans are known for their relatively quiet operation, especially when compared to axial fans. This makes them suitable for applications where noise reduction is important, such as residential HVAC systems or office environments.
