Product Overview
It is the best choice to use power quality comprehensive compensator to solve the problem of power quality in 400V distribution network. But the power quality compensator of distribution network is expensive and costly, and users have withstand limit which will result in difficult
promotion and less use rate. Analyzing the power quality of 400V distribution network, it's mainly to solve the problems of power factor, three phase unbalance, zero sequence current and higher harmonic. In these items, the proportion of power factor is the biggest, which reaches more than 80%.90% of the line load is inductive load, and the mature method to solve the inductive load is capacitance compensation.
There are 3 aspects of deficiency of capacitor. Firstly, it can only compensate the inductive load, but no capacitive load; Secondly, it can only compensate the power factor, but no three phase unbalance, zero sequence current and high harmonic; Thirdly, it can only step
compensation, no linear compensation, with long reaction time and can not compensation timely. The development of the SVG combines electric power quality comprehensive compensator and capacitor compensator, to use capacitor compensator as the main components to solve the power factor and use power quality comprehensive compensator as a solution to the three phase unbalance, zero sequence current, higher harmonics and fine compensation of capacitance compensation, which will achieve linear compensation effect.
The SVG has developed a controller and control program to achieve the same performance of the power quality comprehensive compensator of the distribution network, which greatly reduce the cost of the compensator, so as to facilitate the promotion.Product Model
Product Principle
The product is composed of power quality compensator of distribution network, capacitor, reactor, controller and so on. The wiring diagram is shown in figure 1:

The working principle is to obtain the current signal through the current transformer on the circuit line on which to get the voltage signal. through the controller calculation and the control of capacitance and power quality compensator, first to input corresponding capacitance to
compensate the power factor of the line roughly, and then to carefully compensate through the power quality comprehensive compensator of distribution network, to realize the requirement of linear compensation, meanwhile to compensate three phase unbalance, zero sequence
current and higher harmonic, which will improve power quality.
Technical Performance
The power factor is maintained at 0.95 and above (can be set);
●Three phase unbalanced ratio is no more than 10%;
●Zero sequence current is no more than 3a;
●Higher harmonic is lower than the national standard limit;
●Stabilize system voltage, 0.4kv side voltage generally requires less than 0.45kv(can be set);
●Rated output current of dynamic compensation thd is no more than 3% ;
●Reactive power capacity of compensation automatically track the change of power grid;
●Response time of dynamic compensation is no more than 10ms;
●Allow short-time overload capacity 1.2 times;
● Perfect protection function;
● Friendly man-machine interface;
● Flexible communication interface, which could remote monitor the device operation, and record the operation data;
