Oil Forced Air Forced (referred as OFAF below) cooler for transformer

YFZL forced oill circulation air cooler is an industrial heat exchanger on the principle of using air to cool oil which is designed by absorbing the technical processes such as Japan, France, Canada, etc. It is generally composed of tubebundle body, cooling fan, oil pump and structure.

Oil Forced Water Forced (referred as OFWF below) cooler for transformer

YS type of OFWF cooler approaches to heat exchange by forcedly cycling the transformer oil and forcedly cycling water. The product is a type of tubular cooler which consists of a tubular cooler, an oil pump, a control box, a base, a pressure gauge, valves, pipes and etc. The expansion technology is applied to the connection between tubes and side plates which is able to eliminate leakage. There is a diversion chamber between outer pipe which contains oil and inner tube which contains water. The leaking alarm is set in this diversion chamber to prevent the mixing of oil and water due to the leakage on inner tube. This type of OFWF cooler is applied to hydroelectric power station, generator set of nuclear power plant, underground power substation, pumped storage power station and other special area.

Plate Radiator

Plate radiators are widely applied to the oil-immersed transformer. The plate unit is welded by using two high quality corrugated steel plates. To prevent the welding wastes contains in the product, the connection seams between single unit and collecting tube are welded from outside. Moreover, the product will go over strict seal test, surface treatment and hot oil flushing process in order to ensure product quality. This type of radiator is applied to large and medium sized power transformer, reactors and other products.
